This User Agreement governs your use of gab8 and all related services. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Welcome to gab8. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and gab8 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the gab8 website located at https://gab8.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any services, features, content, and applications offered by gab8 (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, accessing the Service, or placing any bet or wager through gab8, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and refrain from creating an account.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use the Service. gab8 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide satisfactory documentation.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

gab8 reserves the right to request documentation verifying your identity, age, and place of residence at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of Account privileges, including the ability to place bets or withdraw funds.
gab8 is designed specifically for the Indonesian market. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Supported payment methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Service:
To access the full functionality of the Service, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep all Account information up to date and to notify gab8 immediately of any changes.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Creating multiple Accounts (often referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. gab8 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple Accounts are detected, gab8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated Accounts, void any bets, and forfeit all balances, including winnings and bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify gab8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of security. gab8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
gab8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to enhance security. This feature provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a verification code sent to your registered mobile phone number or email address each time you log in.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards, gab8 is required to verify the identity of all Users. You may be asked to submit copies of identification documents, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and/or payment method verification (such as a photograph of your bank card or e-wallet screenshot) at any point during your use of the Service.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is successfully completed. gab8 will make reasonable efforts to process verification requests promptly, typically within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation.
gab8 supports a wide range of payment methods tailored to the Indonesian market, including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. gab8 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own transaction fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your gab8 Account are lawfully obtained and belong solely to you. Deposits made using third-party payment methods (accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
gab8 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The average processing time is under 3 minutes for verified Accounts. However, first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional review and may take up to 24 hours to process.
gab8 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees, which are beyond gab8's control.
For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (for example, certain prepaid cards), gab8 will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method after completing enhanced verification procedures.
gab8 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs to Users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, coordinating with other Users, or employing betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may lead to Account termination.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) before the funds become withdrawable.
For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 (100,000 × 30) before you can withdraw any winnings generated from the bonus. Different games may contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.
While an active bonus is in your Account, you may be subject to maximum bet limits. The standard maximum bet limit during bonus play is Rp 25,000 per bet or spin unless otherwise specified in the specific bonus terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all winnings.
All bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of bonus issuance unless otherwise stated. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
All games offered on gab8 are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by gab8, the User, or any third party. gab8 publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game, which represents the statistical long-term payout rate.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and betting market. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event or bet, gab8 will use official statistics and results from recognized governing bodies (such as FIFA for football, Badminton World Federation for badminton, etc.) to settle the bet. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules, which may result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
gab8 reserves the right to void any bet if we determine that the integrity of the event has been compromised, including but not limited to match-fixing, insider knowledge, or technical errors in odds or results.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played (e.g., European Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack). The dealer's decision is final in all cases. Slot games operate on certified RNG technology; each spin is independent and has an equal probability determined by the game's mathematical model.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets on gab8 are settled based on official draw results from recognized lottery operators. Results are published promptly following each draw. gab8 does not operate or control the underlying lottery draws; we serve only as a betting intermediary. In the event of a discrepancy, the official result from the lottery operator will be considered final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gab8 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:
Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses), and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gab8 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. gab8 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gab8, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if gab8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability is not permitted, gab8's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount of funds you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) Rp 10,000,000.
gab8 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting gab8 Customer Support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your Account, subject to meeting all applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures.
gab8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated this Agreement, engaged in prohibited activities, or if continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Service. In the event of termination for cause, gab8 may forfeit all funds in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion from the Service. Self-exclusion options include temporary suspension (cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or permanent Account closure. This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gab8 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact gab8 Customer Support to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter to gab8 management. gab8 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
If you remain dissatisfied with the resolution provided by gab8, you may submit your complaint to the independent dispute resolution service recognized by our licensing jurisdiction. The decision of the dispute resolution service shall be final and binding on both parties.
gab8 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, gab8 will notify Users by posting a notice on the website and/or sending an email to the address registered to your Account. Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. If you do not agree to any changes, you must immediately cease using the Service and may request closure of your Account.
